Dog Breed Identifier
I created this prototype for an app that identifies the breed of a dog based on a picture. I first came up with this idea when I was younger, during the summer when I would take my dog to the local dog park. As I would watch him play with his friends, I would wonder… “Is that a retriever? No, it must be a lab… but could it be half terrier?”
After the user takes a picture, the app analyzes it in order to identify distinguishing characteristics of the dog’s breed. These characteristics are displayed, accompanied with further details, once the breed is identified.
